Do I have to take an entrance
examination?
• YES. The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) is a pre-entry test used
to evaluate the academic preparedness of students entering the
vocational nursing program. The TEAS exam can be taken at ASN or
other proctoring locations. Results must be shared with ASN by ATI.
• TEAS consists of questions in:
– Math*
– English*
– Reading*
– Science*

* Minimum passing score in the “proficient”
