What are the Admission requirements?

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Proof of High School Diploma or GED from the United States.

– Foreign transcripts or certificate (not US) must be evaluated by a transcript evaluation
service to determine equivalency to US standards.
• California ID or Driver’s License

• Social Security Card

• Evidence of full COVID Vaccination

• Complete TEAS Exam with “proficient’ level

• Cost is $75.00 non-refundable, payable via credit/debit card, check, money order or cashier’s
check
